CHALLENGE

When this organization came to Impactful, they were looking to overhaul how real estate developers connect with agencies and end buyers. You can have top-tier properties, a strong developer network, and excellent service, but if your platform creates friction, users will quickly disengage.

There was no unified system for developers to list and distribute their properties. The existing process was fragmented — listings were often managed through spreadsheets, emails, or outdated tools, making collaboration with agencies inefficient and error-prone. Developers struggled with visibility, while agencies lacked up-to-date inventory and a standardized way to access new projects.

Much of the communication and listing distribution relied on manual coordination, leading to delays, duplicated effort, and missed opportunities. Without a shared portal, there was no easy way to streamline property updates, manage partnerships, or deliver a consistent buyer experience.

Research

Delivery

The first working version was launched in just three weeks, enabling early adoption and valuable usage insights while we continued evolving the product.
