Our client business processes were stumbled through legacy LMS that required to many useless actions to be done for simpler application. Continuous employees' and clients complains of the complexity of the system even make client to move out that and start using spreadsheets. The client came to us with the willing of re-do the LMS and take into account the peculiarities of their business process.

Our collaboration began with an in-depth discovery session, where we worked closely with the client to define the value proposition and establish clear project objectives. With this foundation in place, we rapidly produced an initial prototype—delivered the very next day—which enabled the client to begin onboarding their first consumers within the following week.

From there, development advanced iteratively. Each new feature was introduced in stages, accompanied by ongoing user feedback and validation to ensure that the solution remained lean, purposeful, and aligned with real needs rather than evolving into an overly complex product. At a certain stage, through careful evaluation of priorities and client satisfaction, we collectively decided to pause further feature expansion, recognizing that the existing solution effectively addressed the majority of the client’s requirements.

This disciplined, user-centered approach allowed us to deliver a product that was both practical and impactful, balancing speed, usability, and focus.
